What is Robeks Rewards?

Robeks Rewards is Robeks new loyalty program for all of our fans. A one-stop-shop for all your Robeks needs, it's how Robeks says “thank you” for being a loyal fan. Just download the Robeks mobile app to start earning points and receiving special surprises. If you don't have a smart phone, you can also pick up a physical card in store - just ask any team member behind the register activate your card and then complete your card registration online at our website here.

How do I get a Robeks Rewards Card?

There are two ways to enjoy the rewards. You can download the Robeks Rewards mobile app on Android or iPhone. Don’t have a smartphone? Not a problem. Just visit your local Robeks store for a Robeks Rewards Card, ask a team member to activate the card and then be sure to register it here .

Why do I have to register?

Registration allows Robeks to customize benefits directly for you. As a registered member, you can choose to receive special offers and promotions via email, such as being alerted when new seasonal juices and smoothies are launching. Robeks Rewards Card registration is also required to redeem the rewards at our locations. It also allows you to keep track of your account activity, and in the event that your Robeks Rewards Card is lost or stolen we can make sure you get a new one.

What's the difference between downloading the Robeks App vs. getting a physical card in-store?

By using the Robeks Mobile App, you receive quicker and easier access to your account, plus many additional benefits. The Robeks App gives you the ability to see your current rewards, load stored value to pay for your order with your phone, receive special offers directly in your App, find our nearest location, view our menu, and much more. If you prefer to use the Robeks Rewards Card, these can be obtained at any one of our participating Robeks locations in the US. Once you have activated the card in-store and registered it here, you can use your rewards earned towards your next purchase. You can also load stored value on your card and present it to the cashier as payment for your order. Balances for a physical card can be checked online here.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A ROBEKS REWARDS MEMBER AND HOW DO I EARN THEM?

The benefits of our Robeks Rewards include accumulating 1 (one) point for each dollar you spend, after checking in with your Robeks Rewards App, or after you present your Robeks Rewards card. For each 12 points you earn, you will receive a $1.00 Reward for use on your next purchase. For signing up via our Robeks Rewards app or for registering your physical card, you will also receive $3 off your next purchase and a free small Fan Favorites or Classic Flavors smoothie for your birthday. DO MY ROBEKS REWARDS EVER EXPIRE?

You have 30 days to enjoy your Robeks Reward Dollars (unless otherwise specified) and 14 days to enjoy your Birthday Reward. Points do not expire.

What do I need to do to receive emails that include discounts and rewards?

If you download the Robeks Rewards app, you will need to create a username and password, and provide us with your first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, zip code, and favorite store. If you wish to opt into our email list, please make sure to choose the “email opt in” option. That way, we have your permission to send you emails that will include information on discounts and rewards. If you pick up a physical card in store, you will need to activate your card in-store, register it online here, and provide us with the same information for the online registration process.

Do I need a physical Robeks Rewards Card in order to register online?

No, you can create an account via our Robeks app and start earning points for each dollar spent on your next visit.

Where can I check my balance if I don't have a physical Robeks Rewards Card?

You can always find your account balance in the Robeks Rewards mobile app. Simply go to the My Rewards tab within the app. You can also view your account balance online here. Just sign in and go to the Account Balance section.

Can I transfer my punch card points to my Robeks Rewards Card? How do I do that?

Paper punch card points cannot be transferred onto your Robeks Rewards account. Instead of worrying about all the punch cards, we're giving everyone that joins Robeks Rewards one card with even more ways to earn and redeem rewards.

How can I earn rewards for my purchase if I forgot my phone?

All you have to do is let the team member know your phone number that was used to register your Robeks Rewards account and you’re ready to go.

Can I get credit for a purchase I made even though I didn’t use my Robeks Rewards App or Card?

Unfortunately no. It is important that you use your Robeks Rewards App, Physical Card, or Phone Number before you make your purchase to accumulate points for your purchase. If you do not remember to provide that information to our cashier, we unfortunately cannot credit your account for purchases you have made.

Does it cost anything to become a Robeks Rewards Club member?

Nope! Membership is free.

Can my friends use my Robeks Rewards membership?

Unfortunately no, but they can sign up for their own account and receive all the benefits of Robeks Rewards.

Can I use my Robeks Rewards Card at any Robeks location?

Our Robeks Rewards program is valid at participating locations in the United States.

I had a special reward on my card and it disappeared before I could use it. What happened?

We’re sorry you didn’t get the chance to enjoy your reward. Some of our rewards are offered for a limited time only and expire. Please note that we specify the expiration guidelines at the time rewards are made, so please make sure to check the offer details when you receive notice of a special reward. You can check the expiration date of your rewards under the “My Rewards” tab on the mobile app or via the Robeks website.

Will my Robeks Rewards expire if I don’t use them right away?

Robeks Rewards expire 30 days from the time they are issued to you, so they will need to be redeemed within that time period. You can check when your rewards expire by choosing the “My Rewards” tab on the app or by logging into our account online.

Will be Robeks Rewards points expire if I don’t use them?

No, your Rewards points do not expire.

How do I know how many Robeks Rewards points I have accumulated?

You can check the Robeks Rewards app to see how many points you have accumulated under the “My Rewards” button. If you do not have the app, you can also visit our website and check your points under the “log in” page here.

Do I earn Robeks Rewards points for buying a gift card?

Unfortunately, purchases of gift cards do not count towards your Robeks Rewards points. You can however use your Robeks Gift Card as your Robeks Rewards card. One card can be used for dual purposes simultaneously.

Can I use my Robeks Rewards with a coupon?

You may use a coupon when earning points towards your Robeks Rewards. However, a coupon may not be used on the same visit when a reward is redeemed. Our offers state "One Offer Per Guest per Visit." Unfortunately, we cannot combine offers.

HOW TO JOIN ROBEKS REWARDS

Please note that there will be some minor interface differences between Apple and Android devices.

How do I join Robeks Rewards using the mobile app? I currently do not have a physical gift and/or loyalty card.

Click here to download the Robeks Rewards App for Apple devices or click here to download the Robeks Rewards App for Android devices. After you have downloaded the app, select “JOIN”. You will then be prompted to enter your information. After, you will receive a 12-digit account code (example: 7000XXXXXXXX). This will be your e-gift and loyalty card number.

How can I join Robeks Rewards using the mobile app? I currently have a physical gift card/loyalty card that is activated (with points and/or stored value) and have already registered the card. (Please note that registering the card indicates that you have already created a username and password).

You can download the Robeks Rewards app for your Apple device here, or for your Android device here. Once you have downloaded the app, enter your card number located on the back of the card. Select “Sign In” and enter your account username and password which was initially used to create your account. You will now be able to use the Robeks Rewards app.

I have multiple Robeks gift cards and would like to consolidate them into one balance on my Robeks Rewards App. How do I do this?

Visit our Rewards page here, select “log in” and enter your username and password. Select "Manage Cards" on the left side of the menu and then select "Attach Another Card". Please note that even though both cards are available on the Rewards App, the additional cards will also need to be registered via the website.

Enter the card number and registration number on the back of the card and enter the username and password for the card. Select “Combine” next to the card numbers that you would like to combine with the primary account. Check your Robeks Rewards App and you should see all the balances consolidated. Please also note that each of the cards will have the same consolidated balance. Once a purchase has been made via the account, the balance will reduce on all three cards.

How do I add another card to my Robeks Rewards App? I have already registered the card. (Registering the card indicates that you have created an account with a username and password).

Open your Robeks Rewards App and select the “My Rewards” icon. Under “My Account Information”, select “Card Number”. The screen will then flip around. Select “Add Another” and enter your card number and sign in. Enter your account username and password.

How do I add another card to my Robeks Rewards App? I have not registered my card.

Open the Robeks Rewards App and select the “My Rewards” icon. Select the existing card number and then select “Add Another”. Enter the card number and select “Sign In”. You will then need to enter the Registration Number located on the back of your card (if this is an order card, you will not be prompted for a Registration number). You will then be prompted for your personal information (please note that this will need to be a unique number, email address and user name that is different than what was initially used when you downloaded the app).

Where can I get a Robeks gift card?

You can purchase a physical gift card in store. You can also purchase and send eGift Cards the same day to friends and family by going here.

If I have added dollar value to my gift card, can I still use it even though my card is not registered?

Yes, you can still use your gift card to pay for your Robeks. You can also register your gift card as your Robeks Rewards card on Robeks.com or through the Robeks app and join the Robeks Rewards program for no additional cost! I purchased a gift card for someone. Can they use that card to become a Robeks Rewards Card member?

Yes! All they need to do is register the gift card number online or even better, download the Robeks Rewards mobile app.

Where can I check my gift-card balance?

On Robeks.com or at any Robeks location. Just enter the card number found on the back of the card to check your balance.

What happens if I lose my gift card?

It's important to register your gift card so we can stop anyone from using it, should it be lost. That way we can transfer your account to a new card. If you haven't registered your gift card and happen to lose it then please contact us here.

Can I use my Robeks Gift or eGift Card at any Robeks location?

They can be used at participating locations around the United States.

Can I use my Robeks Rewards mobile app at any Robeks Location

It can only be used at participating locations around the United States. Please contact your favorite Robeks location to find out more information.

I want to purchase a Robeks gift card but can’t find that option on the website. What do I do?

Purchase an e-Gift Card online and it will send an email with the digital gift card directly to your friends or family the same day. You can also visit any of our Robeks locations to purchase a physical gift card.

I would like to purchase a high volume of gift cards. Who do I contact to do so?

MY ACCOUNT

I forgot my username or password for my Robeks Rewards account. What do I do?

It happens to all of us! Just click the "forgot username and password" link online, and follow the instructions to create a new one.

After I register my Robeks Rewards Card, what do you do with my information?

We use your information to make sure we’re sending you relevant offers for your local Robeks location. We don't sell your information to 3rd parties or spam you. You only get the good stuff: freebies, exclusives, and news!

Can I participate if I don't have a US address?

Of course! However, the Robeks Rewards Card is only valid participating locations in the United States. We do require you to provide a phone number in case you forget your card or phone and still want to earn points.

I have a Robeks Rewards card and I’m trying to register it online but I receive a message telling me that my account is not active. What do I do?

Bring your card into your local Robeks and ask a team member to activate your card. Once it has been activated, you will then be able to register your card here.
