Steps to Robeks Franchise Ownership

Every Robeks owner starts in the same place: learning, asking questions, and determining whether the opportunity is the right fit. The steps to franchise ownership below outline the path from initial inquiry to franchise award. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the business, meet the people behind the brand, and gain a deeper understanding of what Robeks franchise ownership looks like.

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Complete our inquiry form and connect with a member of the Robeks franchise development team. This conversation helps us learn more about your background, goals, and interest in ownership while giving you an introduction to the Robeks franchise process and opportunity.

Step 2: Intro Call

During a 15-minute introduction call, you’ll connect with our franchise development team and begin the conversation. This call helps us understand your background, answer early questions, and explain what the next steps to franchise ownership look like.

Step 3: Robeks Deep Dive Webinar

Qualified candidates are invited to a personal webinar that takes a closer look at the Robeks brand, business model, support systems, and ownership opportunity. This is a focused session designed to help you evaluate fit with more context.

Step 4: Robeks Profile

After the webinar, we’ll send you a Robeks Profile with additional information about the franchise opportunity. This gives you a clearer view of the brand, the operating model, and the qualities Robeks looks for in future owners.

Step 5: FDD Review

Next, qualified candidates receive the Franchise Disclosure Document and FDD receipt. The FDD gives you important information about the Robeks franchise system, fees, obligations, and ownership requirements so you can review the opportunity carefully with your advisors.

Step 6: Franchisee Connection

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with current Robeks franchisees and hear directly about their experiences. These conversations help you understand daily operations, owner responsibilities, support, and what it takes to build a strong local business.

Step 7: Harmony Day

Harmony Day gives you a closer look at the people, culture, and leadership behind Robeks. You’ll meet key members of the leadership team, ask detailed questions, and gain a deeper understanding of what Radically Simple looks like from the inside.

Step 8: Agreement Signing

Once both parties determine there is a strong fit, you may be invited to move forward with signing the Franchise Agreement. From there, your focus shifts from evaluation to training, site development, and preparing to open your Robeks location.

What Happens Next?

From Signing Your Franchise Agreement to Your Grand Opening

Once your Franchise Agreement is signed, the focus shifts from evaluation to execution. Robeks provides training, support, and guidance designed to help qualified owners prepare for a successful opening.

6–12 Month Opening Timeline

80 Hours of In‑Store Training

Train at a certified Robeks training center and learn the systems behind daily operations, including product preparation, food safety, inventory management, team leadership, POS technology, and guest experience.

60 Hours of Additional Support
