\nWhile we do not offer direct or indirect financing, we can introduce you to several experienced lenders with whom we work on a regular basis and who can provide you with a variety of financing options.
\nThere are multiple variables that impact a restaurant’s profitability, including the quality of the restaurant operations, the owner’s ability to control prime costs, as well as the restaurant’s sales. As you proceed through your due diligence process, you will have the opportunity to speak with several existing Robeks owners and they can share with you their restaurant level sales and profit information.
\nWhile having restaurant experience is certainly a bonus, we do not require previous experience.
\nOnce a franchise agreement is signed, the typical time needed to open a Robeks restaurant is approximately 9 to 12 months. The actual construction process generally takes 8 to 10 weeks, while the majority of the associated timeline involves the search for an ideal site and permitting. In the case of a newly constructed shopping center, the timeframe could be longer however, in some instances, the timeframe is much sooner, where an existing space or a conversion opportunity becomes available.
\nWe provide a comprehensive level of support for your site search and selection efforts. Our support includes a dedicated Robeks executive that supervises and guides you through our proven process. We work directly with a large network of hand-picked, experienced commercial tenant rep brokers and we leverage a cutting-edge Geographic Information System analytics tool. Our team has extensive industry knowledge and will guide you at every step in the site search process.
\nRobeks is built to operate within a small footprint and we recommend locations that range from 800 to 1,200 square feet. We will provide you with a floor plan specifically designed for your space and our goal is to maximize square footage in an effort to drive your return on investment.
\nOur royalty is 7% of the net sales of your first restaurant. The royalty shrinks to 6.5% when you open or acquire your second restaurant and decreases again to 6% for those who own and operate 3 or more locations.
