How to gift a Robeks Gift Card through the app:
- Open the Robeks Rewards app
- Select “Gift Card” at the bottom of the screen
- Select “Gift A Card”
- Select “Send A Gift Card” (Note that when you are sending a gift card to friends and family, they need to be existing Robeks Rewards members to be able to accept/add the gift card to their account. Not a member? No problem, just ask them to sign up prior to you gifting them and they’ll be all set).
- Select your gift card design
- Enter the email of the person you’re sending the card to and enter the amount you are gifting
- On the next screen, enter your credit card info and select “Submit”
Prefer a physical gift card? Stop by any participating Robeks location and purchase a $35 gift card. For every $35 in Robeks gift cards you purchase, you’ll also receive $5 physical voucher.
To redeem your $5 code in the app, follow the steps below:
- Open the Robeks Rewards app and select “Order” and select your closest/favorite location
- Add your menu items to your basket
- Select “Review Order” and if all looks right, select “Schedule Order” at the bottom of the screen
- Select how you would like your order and when you like it. Select “Apply Offers” at the bottom of the screen
- On the next page, tap on the section “Have a coupon code?” on the next page, enter the 11-digit code on your scratcher
- You will now see the $5 discount apply to your transaction.
- Your voucher code can also be redeemed in-store. Just let a team member know that’s what you would prefer to do!
Gift Card Q&A’s
- Can I use a gift card immediately after it’s purchased? Yes, a gift card can be immediately used/redeemed after it is purchased
- Can I purchase multiple gift cards to receive the $5 voucher promotion? Yes, you may purchase gift cards in $35 increments as long as the total meets or exceeds the stated promotional offer
- How many $5 vouchers can I redeem per transaction? Whether you are redeeming your voucher in-store, on http://Robeks.com or through the Robeks Rewards app, only one $5 voucher can be applied per transaction
- Will I receive a $5 voucher if I purchase an eGift through your website? Unfortunately, eGift purchases are not valid for this promotion
- Can I use my Robeks gift cards and $5 vouchers on third-party delivery sites? No, Robeks gift cards and the $5 vouchers from this promotion are not valid for redemption on third-party delivery sites such as Doordash, UberEats, Postmates, Grubhub, and ezCater
- When do my $5 vouchers expire? The $5 vouchers expire on Friday, 2/28/25.
- What is the maximum amount that I can reload or gift in the Robeks Rewards app? The maximum amount you can gift or reload is $250.00
Gift Card Terms and Conditions:
Starting 11/18/24 though 12/31/24 each purchase of $35 in gift cards under one transaction and under one order number will entitle the purchaser to one (1) $5 physical voucher or $5 digital voucher. In-store, this purchase can be made up of multiple lower-denominated gift cards and as long as the order total is at least $35. It is possible to qualify for multiple Reward Codes, one (1) will be provided for each $35 spent under one transaction and under one order number. For gift card purchases made through the Robeks Rewards app, the applicable number of $5 digital vouchers will be automatically added to the guest account for each qualifying gift card purchase.
Each $5 Reward Code is awarded free with a qualifying purchase, is valid for redemption between 11/18/24 and 2/28/25, and may only be used to discount five dollars from purchased goods at participating Robeks locations. The $5 digital voucher must be applied to the transaction prior to checkout to be redeemed. Limit one $5 digital voucher and $5 scratch-off code per customer per transaction. The digital voucher and $5 phyiscal voucher can only be redeemed one time and will not retain any unused balance, has no cash value, cannot be used in combination with any other Rewards, bundle, coupon, or offer, and may not be sold, transferred, reproduced or altered in any fashion.
