HOW DO I JOIN?

WHAT IS ROBEKS REWARDS AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
It is our program for giving delicious rewards to our guests for ordering from us! It’s pretty simple – when you order eligible purchases through your Robeks account on the app or in store, you’ll earn points to unlock free menu items.
Be sure to scan your app or provide your phone number in store before paying.
Tap “Rewards” located at the bottom and tap “Earn” for the QR code to appear. All orders of a dollar or more will be converted into points. If you pay through online ordering, your points are automatically added to your account! Make sure to be signed into your account.
HOW MANY POINTS WILL I EARN FOR EACH QUALIFYING PURCHASE?
You’ll earn 1 point per eligible dollar spent based on your order subtotal (excluding taxes and discounts.). You will have the opportunity to unlock your first reward at 15 points.
HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO EARN A REWARD?
The first reward can be earned at 15 points, a free boost to add to your smoothie, juice, or bowl! The rewards scale up from there - 50, then 75, 100, and 125 where you can redeem any large smoothie, a large juice, or a bowl! One reward can be unlocked and redeemed per order.
WILL I EARN POINTS WHEN A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE IS USED FOR DELIVERY OR PICKUP?
No, points are not earned when a third party is used for pickup or delivery.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY REWARDS STATUS INFORMATION AND TRACK MY PROGRESS?
Open the app and tap the “Rewards” giftbox icon at the bottom of the screen. That will bring you to your Rewards dashboard. Here, you can track your progress towards your next reward. If you tap the Redeem button, you can check to see if you have any current rewards hanging out.
Once you place and pick up your order, you should see your points added shortly after. But it can take up to 24 hours.
HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF PAST POINTS AND REWARDS?
Tap the “More” button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Click the “Account History” tab and you can see when you earned points, rewards, and redeemed a reward.
DO ROBEKS POINTS AND REWARDS EXPIRE?
Your points expire 365 days after they’ve been awarded to your account, unless they are converted into a reward. For example, if you earn 50 Points on July 20, those 50 Points will expire on July 20 of the following year if you do not redeem a Reward by then.
HOW DO I REDEEM A ROBEKS REWARD?
Just log into your account on the Robeks app, tap “Rewards”. Tap “Redeem” to see your available rewards, tap “Redeem” again on the reward you want to use.
If you have more than one option for a type of reward, you’ll be presented a list of options to add to your cart. If you’ve added a reward but change your mind, just tap “Remove” and the unredeemed reward will go back to where it was. You can also swap one reward with another just by tapping “Redeem” on the choice you would like instead. You’ll be prompted to confirm the change, and once you do, the new reward will appear in your cart.
Please note you are only able to redeem one reward at a time.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER OR REWARDS?
If your question comes up during an in-store visit, we recommend asking someone on the team in store. Otherwise, fill out the Contact Us form here and be sure to list your inquiry as “Online Orders” or “Robeks Rewards”, depending on your questions.
CAN MY FRIENDS USE MY ROBEKS REWARDS ACCOUNT?
Unfortunately, no, but they can sign up for their own account and receive all the benefits of Robeks Rewards. You may even refer to them to the program. They can sign up on their own device, input your referral code, and you can get bonus points after their first order!
CAN I USE MY ROBEKS REWARDS ACCOUNT AT ANY ROBEKS LOCATION?
Our Robeks Rewards program is valid at participating locations in the United States.
I HAD A REWARD OR AN OFFER ON MY ACCOUNT, AND IT DISAPPEARED BEFORE I COULD USE IT.
We’re sorry you didn’t get the chance to enjoy your reward or offer. Our rewards and offers are given for a limited time only and expire. Please note that we specify the expiration guidelines at the time rewards are made, so please make sure to check the offer or reward details when you receive notice. You can check the expiration date of your rewards by logging into your account.
WILL MY ROBEKS REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE IF I DO NOT USE THEM?
Points expire after 365 days if unredeemed for 365 days.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?
You can check your balance by logging into the Robeks Mobile App.
DO I EARN POINTS FOR BUYING A GIFT CARD?
Unfortunately, regular purchases of gift cards do not count towards your Robeks Rewards points.
CAN I USE MY ROBEKS REWARD IN THE SAME ORDER AS A COUPON?
You may use a coupon when earning points towards your Robeks Rewards. However, a coupon may not be used on the same visit when a reward is redeemed. Unfortunately, we cannot combine offers.
I PAID FOR MY ORDER AND FORGOT TO SCAN MY APP. CAN I STILL GET MY POINTS?
You sure can! Scan the QR code at the bottom of your receipt into the Mobile App. Select “Rewards” at the bottom of the screen and tap "Earn". From there, select "Scan QR code" for your camera to be accessed. You will need to hold the camera over the QR code in order to scan. Please note that the QR code must be scanned within 48 hours of your order.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE POINTS WHEN I PURCHASED MY ITEM. WHY?
Points are updated overnight and can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. The “Rewards” tab shows how many Points you have to go until you receive your next unlockable offer.
ARE BOOSTS & ENRICHMENTS INCLUDED IN OFFERS?
Most of the time, boosts and enrichments will not be included in the offer unless otherwise stated.
