ENTRY PERIOD FOR THE SWEEPSTAKES: The Phantasmagorical Flavor Sweepstakes (the “Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern time (ET) on January 30, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 1, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Promoter’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. A random drawing will be held at the end of the Promotion Period to award two (2) Grand Prizes and two hundred (200) additional Prizes (“Prize Drawing”).

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older as of entry date. An entrant who resides in a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parent/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Officers, members, directors, representatives and employees of Robeks Corporation (the “Sponsor”) or Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Inc. the Digital Movie prize provider (“Prize Provider”) and any of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, dealers, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, participating retailers, advertising / promotion/judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, Compliance Sweepstakes Services, LLC (“Administrator”) (collectively, the “Released Entities”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, - whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) of such individuals, or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law, regulation, or ordinance.

HOW TO ENTER: Eligible consumers (“Participant(s)” or “Entrant(s)” or “you”) are invited to join the Robeks Rewards Program and to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Participants may utilize one (1) of the two (2) methods of entry:

Create a Robeks Rewards Account: Visit Robeks website www.robeks.com/Wonka or utilize the Robeks mobile app to complete the Robeks Rewards Program registration form. Becoming a Robeks Rewards member is free. The Robeks Rewards Program registration requires name, complete address, phone number (for winner notification only), date of birth, e-mail address and a unique password. Upon completion of the registration form and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, a Participant is considered a Robeks Rewards Member (“Member”) and automatically entered into the Sweepstakes drawing. Note: Current Robeks Rewards Members are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.

An Alternative Free Method of Entry: A consumer may enter without the Robeks Rewards Program registration obligation by hand printing on a 3”x 5” or 4" x 6" postcard or paper, in black or blue ink, your first name, last name, mailing address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers with area code, e-mail address (if available) and date of birth. The postcard must be mailed separately in a hand printed first class stamped standard #10 business size envelope to: Robeks Corporation - Robeks Rewards Program Sweepstakes, 5220 Pacific Concourse Drive Suite 395, Los Angeles CA 90045. Limit of one (1) entry envelope per person. The return address on the envelope must be hand-printed with the sender’s full name and address. Rubber stamped or commercial printed return address labels will void the entry. A correctly submitted envelope receives one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. Postcards mailed without being inserted in a business size envelope are voided. A mail-in entry must be postmarked by March 1, 2024, received by March 6, 2024. Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand printed by the Participant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any third- party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator). Typed, computer generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced postcards, and outer envelopes are NOT allowed and will not be accepted. Postage due mail entries will be disqualified. Each Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry during the Promotion Period. All required information must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of a Participant that submits more than the stated maximum limit of entries by using multiple / different addresses, identities, or any other methods, or who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Proof of entering information is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. Released Entities are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, damaged, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected, entries, which will be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING, NOTIFICATION AND ODDS: Two (2) potential Grand Prize Winners (“Winner(s)”) and two hundred (200) First Prize to Sixth Prize level Winners will be randomly selected on or about March 18, 2024, by a third-party Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential Winners will be notified via the e-mail provided in their Robeks Rewards Account. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within two (2) calendar days of the initial notification (even if ultimately responds thereafter), or found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning in this drawing depend upon the number of entries received by the time of the drawing.

PRIZES (“Prize(s)”): Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will each receive: fifty-two weekly “Free” Smoothies Redeemable in-store, in the Robeks.com app, or via Robeks website. Each Winner’s weekly “Free” Smoothie is valued at $572 and noted as a Redeemable in the Grand Prize Winner’s Rewards Account. A “Redeemable” is an offer that is applied within checkout to discount any Smoothie so that it is Free. The Free Smoothie does not include any other associated fees such as taxes and delivery charges (should the Winner choose to get their Free Smoothie delivered via the Robeks Rewards app). GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES: In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any entry based on an e-mail address, the entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In any legal action brought in connection with or arising out of this Promotion or relating to these Official Rules, Entrant waives a jury trial on behalf of itself and all other parties related to the Sweepstakes Submission. ARBITRATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or demand related in any way to the Sweepstakes will be decided by binding arbitration. All disputes between you and the Robeks Corporation and any of its Agents, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of these Rules, shall be submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect in the Los Angeles, California area, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred.
