DOES ROBEKS OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes! We offer delivery through the Robeks Rewards App, and our partners such as Doordash, UberEats, Postmates, and Grubhub. However, Robeks Rewards points are only earned on purchases made through our app.

DOES ROBEKS SELL GIFT CARDS?

It is our program for giving delicious rewards to our guests for ordering from us! It’s pretty simple – when you order eligible purchases through your Robeks account on the app or in store, you’ll earn points to unlock free menu items.

Be sure to scan your app or provide your phone number in store before paying.

Tap “Rewards” located at the bottom and tap “Earn” for the QR code to appear. All orders of a dollar or more will be converted into points. If you pay through online ordering, your points are automatically added to your account! Make sure to be signed into your account.

WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR SMOOTHIES AND JUICES?

You’ll earn 1 point per eligible dollar spent based on your order subtotal (excluding taxes and discounts.). You will have the opportunity to unlock your first reward at 20 points.

DOES ROBEKS ACCEPT APPLE PAY AND GOOGLE PAY?

The first reward can be earned at 20 points (a free boost to add to your smoothie, juice, or bowl). The rewards scale up from there: 75 points for a free 2oz lemon ginger shot, 100 points for a free small smoothie, 125 points for a free medium smoothie, juice or toast, and 150 points for a free any size smoothie, juice, or bowl.

DOES ROBEKS OFFER VEGAN OPTIONS?

No, points are not earned when a third party is used for pickup or delivery.

CAN I GET MY SMOOTHIE MADE WITHOUT DAIRY?

Open the app and tap the “Rewards” giftbox icon at the bottom of the screen. That will bring you to your Rewards dashboard. Here, you can track your progress towards your next reward. If you tap the Redeem button, you can check to see if you have any current rewards hanging out.

Once you place and pick up your order, you should see your points added shortly after. But it can take up to 24 hours.

DOES ROBEKS FRANCHISE?

Tap the “More” button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Click the “Account History” tab and you can see when you earned points, rewards, and redeemed a reward.
