Robeks is committed to looking out for the well-being of our guests and team members. Your experience at Robeks may be a little different as we traverse this fluid situation. Our commitment to you is that we will continue to make proactive, bonafide decisions to benefit the people we serve. At your local store, you can expect:
- Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high touch surfaces.
- Reinforcement of proper handwashing, hygiene, and health standards.
- Requiring our team members to remain at home if they are not feeling well.
- Updating our local stores regularly with any additional recommendations made by the CDC or World Health Organization.
ROBEKS WILL TEMPORARILY CHANGE TO A "TAKE-OUT OR DELIVERY ONLY" STRUCTURE
Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies will be practicing social distancing and increased hygiene standards, as dictated by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and local governments in the communities our stores operate. To support these practices, we are temporarily switching to a "Take-Out or Delivery Only" model for most of our locations. Please see below for detailed instructions to place a delivery or take-out order:
Step 1: Open the Robeks mobile app or visit order.robeks.com.
Step 2: If you are using our app, select “Start new order”, select “Pickup” or “Delivery”, and search for your nearest location. If using the website, simply type in your zip code, choose the location closest to you, and select “Pickup” or “Delivery” when prompted.
Note: You may also select pickup instead of delivery, if you intend to order for take-out.
Step 3: Once you have selected an option, input the location you would like your order to be delivered to – otherwise, select the pickup option.
Step 4: Select your smoothie, juice, or acai bowl of choice, then click the checkout button.
Step 5: After confirming what’s in your cart, input your payment information and submit your order!
Through these changing times, our goal is to continue to make our guests happy with our smoothies, fresh juices, and acai bowls. Many of our locations remain open, while a small few nationwide may be closed. Please see below for instructions for checking if your local store is closed:

Step 2: Search for the Robeks location in your city, state.
Step 3: Hours can be viewed on the left, and “temporarily closed” will be noted for stores which are closed. Placing online orders will also not be possible for these locations.
